Green Chimneys is a multi-faceted nonprofit organization helping young people maximize their full potential through residential, educational, clinical and recreational services. Our clients learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment that nurtures connections with their families, the community, animals, and nature.
Curriculum Concepts International (CCI) is a dynamic company of visionary, energetic, and committed writers, editors, designers, illustrators, and program developers. For over three decades, we have conceptualized, planned, and produced hundreds of instructional and training programs. At CCI, all of us share a deep interest in how people learn and what each of us can do to help.
Both Green Chimneys and CCI have a special and compelling interest in addressing the learning needs of all students while encouraging them to thrive. We are proud of the contributions that we have made to teachers and students throughout the country.
About the Author
Jennifer Gober is an occupational therapist and director of Kinetic Kids, Inc., a pediatric therapy center in Miami, Florida. Jennifer specializes in helping children and young adults reach their full potential, including helping them transition to meaningful, independent and fulfilling work lives after aging out of traditional therapeutic programming.
